1915: 18-1 on scene at the Bear Mountain Bear Mountain Bridge establishing command, also advising 18-Marine that the boat is starting to sink and a private boat is along side it removing the occupants.

0955: South Spring Valley & Pearl River FD's requested for extrication at Pascack Road & Grotke Road.
0959: 12-1 on scene establishing command.
1001: 25-1750 responding.
1002: 25-1750 on scene.
1007: 25-Command reports 1 victim extricated, Signal 11, all Dept.12 units can return. Ramapo PD requesting an O&R supervisor to the scene to check out a telephone pole that was cracked.

2038: Haverstraw FD requested for a boat taking on water on the Hudson River north of Hook Mountain.
2039: Haverstraw FD requesting Nyack FD to respond as well.
2040: Nyack FD dispatched.
2043: 44-8 responding. Control advising responding units it's a 24 foot Wellcraft. Rockland Sheriff's Department Marine-1 & 8F71 both responding as well.
2051: Responding units in contact with the boat reporting it's between the old Lighthouse, aka Rock Island, and the shoreline.
2100: All PD & FD Marine units are on scene, Sheriff's Marine-1 attempting to pull the boat out of it's current location.
2110: Units are attempting to start dewater the boat.

1309: State Park Police reporting an overturned boat near the Bear Mountain Bridge. They are reporting Rockland Radio is being notified.
1313: Stony Point 18-Marine & Thiells divers dispatched, both advised it is in the area of the pool.
1314: Rockland County Sheriff's Department Marine-1 & Park Police Marine Unit 8F71 also enroute.
1322: 18-Marine in service.
1325: Marine-1 reports nothing showing as of yet.
1329: 18-1 advising as per Marine-16, all units to respond north of the Bear Mountain Bridge.
1333: 18-1 advising that Marine-16 indicated some type of fire on the East side of the Hudson River. Fort Montgomery also dispatched and Putnam County also notified.
1336: Marine-1 & 8F71 on scene, just south of Garrison, reporting everyone is out of the water.
1345: 18-Command reports Signal 11, 18-Marine & 26-Marine will be operating at a small brush fire along the river in Putnam County.
